Step 1: Request a return form

Step 2: Return the goods

Please return your package together with the completed return form to the address indicated in the form. Make sure your package has tracking so there are no misunderstandings. As the sender, you are responsible. The return address we provide is that of the supplier, which is located abroad. This could result in higher return costs. However, we will offer you an alternative solution in advance that is cheaper for you.

Step 3: Refund of the purchase price

After we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 working days.

Please note that for a successful refund or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition with all labels and tags attached and must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect that the item has been used or has any damage not caused by us.
